Capt. M. Asif Khan
Chief Financial Officer – Marine Group
Capt. M. Asif Khan is a serial entrepreneur who brings a wealth of discipline and leadership to Marine Group. After pausing his sailing career in 2017, he transitioned into the real estate sector and now plays a pivotal role in managing the company’s residential developments across Lucknow and neighboring areas. He is also associated with leading lifecare agencies in Raebareli, working with prominent names such as Alchem, Macleods Pharma, and Mankind Pharma, further showcasing his diverse business expertise. Alongside his professional pursuits, he actively contributes to seafarer welfare through organizations like MUI, MWA, and the Mariners Sports Club, Lucknow. His grounded approach and operational excellence make him a cornerstone of Marine Group’s continued growth.

As the Group Managing Director, Baizeed Alam Khan is deeply involved in overseeing the overall growth and operations of Marine Group. He is the pioneer behind seafarer welfare and community co-founder of Mariners Welfare Association. Also, he took the initiative and conceptualised MUI’s Lucknow Chapter. He brings strong leadership and business sense to the table, helping the company manage multiple ventures smoothly. His guidance helps keep each division aligned with the company’s long-term goals. His role ensures that Marine Group continues to grow with clarity and direction.
